Arhatic Yoga

Introduction: "ARHATIC" is derived from "arhat", describing a highly evolved being. This advanced yoga system was given by Mahaguruji Mei Ling to Master Choa Kok Sui. It has origins from China, India and Tibet. In addition to being an advanced technique practiced by Spiritual Initiates, it also synthesizes and integrates all yogas. Learn and experience the essence and powers of the 7 yogas: Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Laya / Kundalini yoga, Gnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga and simplified H atha yoga.

You will first undertake the purification of the physical, etheric, astral, and mental bodies, then the chakras are substantially activated in a secret sequence to safely and effectively awaken and then circulate the Kundalini energy throughout the body. This technique is practiced by very advanced and evolved yogis. It is the foundation for building the much coveted "Golden Body"!

  • The sources of ‘prana’ (or life force ) energy required for our nourishment are through the earth, air, water and sun elements. We can chanellize into our body more of the ‘prana’ energy for body and mind purification through healing and ‘ pranayama’ (right breathing) techniques

  • There is also ‘cosmic’ (or pure spiritual, divine) energy required for our very existence which we get in small proportion while in deep sleep. The same ‘cosmic’ energy we get many folds through proper meditation techniques.

  • GMCKS has also given us the divine gift of the Arhatic Yoga system.

  • According to ancient tradition an ‘arhat is a wholesome person with highly developed mental faculty, intuitive powers, an embodiment of loving-kindness and contributes effectively to the Divine Plan. Such a person has all the capabilities to not only fast-tracking on the spiritual path of evolution but also achieve great heights in the material world. He is an asset to himself and all of mankind

  • Arhatic Yoga is a series of structured meditation techniques using powerful and guided inner-breath work (kriyas) to achieve meditative state for divine illumination, oneness, peace and healing.

  • These series are graded carefully and phased out across different stages of individual evolutionary path spanning across years to ensure the individual is prepared for the higher levels. Infact, after a certain level, the energy of the applicant (student) is scanned at a distance by the ‘acharyas’ (or direct disciples of GMCKS), before he or she is selected for the subsequent level.

  • Thus the well-being of the individual is safe-guarded and the sanctum of the whole process is kept undiluted. GMCKS says’ make haste slowly’ in the path of spiritual evolution. The Arhatic yoga series is based this principle.

Note:- Arhatic yoga class should be taken once you complete Soul Realisation and Pranic Psychotheraphy
